Initial Consultation
We will start with an interview to help us understand what you have in mind for your home. We welcome your photos, articles, ideas and wish lists so we have a truly collaborative effort throughout the project to assure your satisfaction. Please feel free to offer as much information as possible, including room measurements and budget scopes and constraints.
Retainer and Cost Estimate
We will help outline your budget based on the consultation and any follow-up discussions.
Design Phase
At this time, if needed, we will measure the existing space and photograph the existing structure. The project designer will then take the information and compile a preliminary design for your review. The designer will make any requested changes and present final designs and written specifications for your approval.
Final Document Approval
At this meeting we will review all final budget and design documents, payment schedules and obtain signatures.
Obtain Any Required Building Permits
Project Begins

ALREADY HAVE A CONTRACTOR OR ARCHITECT?

314 Design Studio will gladly join your professional team to develop custom plans. We encourage meetings on site and in our showroom, allowing everyone to review and coordinate the styles and finishes available.
